Return & Exchange Policy

Overview:
At Tricki Woo Studios, were committed to creating pieces that make you feel seen, loved, and
empowered. If something doesnt work out, no worrieswell make it right.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges:
- Items in new, unworn condition
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items with original tags and packaging

Ineligible Items:
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Gift cards
- Items received after 30 days

Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Same item, different color (if available)
To exchange, follow the same process as a return and choose "Exchange" at checkout.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the
returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Return Process:
1. Visit our Return Portal at [insert website/returns
2. Enter your order number and email
3. Choose return or exchange
4. Print your prepaid return label (for U.S. orders)
5. Pack and ship it back
International returns are accepted but return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Our Promise:
If there's a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, well handle everything at no cost to you.

Additional Store Policies

Shipping Policy:
- Orders ship within 2-3 business days
- Standard shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited shipping available at checkout
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150
- International shipping available - duties and taxes may apply

Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase
- After this window, orders are final and will be processed as normal

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and order number
- We'll send a replacement or refund right away

We respect your privacy. Customer data is collected for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing (with consent). We never share or sell your data.
